Shipping policy
At Elle Coffee, every order is freshly prepared and packed with care from our Melbourne roastery. We roast in small batches to ensure your coffee arrives as fresh as possible.
Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch all online orders within 1–2 business days of receiving your order.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During busy periods, new coffee releases or promotional events, dispatch may take a little longer. If there is a significant delay, we'll let you know as soon as possible.
Australian Shipping
We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post.
Standard Shipping
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $60
- $12 Flat Rate Standard Shipping on orders under $60
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Metro areas: 2–5 business days
- Regional areas: 3–7 business days
Express Shipping
Express Shipping is available at checkout.
Delivery times are determined by Australia Post and vary depending on your location.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been packed and dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Australia Post tracking number.
You can use this tracking number to follow your parcel's journey.
Freshly Roasted Coffee
Our coffee is roasted in small batches throughout the week.
Depending on our roasting schedule, your coffee may have been roasted a few days before dispatch to ensure it is rested and ready to brew when it reaches you.
Authority to Leave
Orders may be delivered with Authority to Leave where available.
If you would prefer your parcel not to be left unattended, please leave a note in the order comments at checkout.
Delivery Delays
Once your parcel has been handed to Australia Post, delivery times are outside of our control.
Occasional delays can occur due to weather, public holidays, peak shipping periods or network disruptions.
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we'll happily help investigate.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct before completing your purchase.
Elle Coffee cannot accept responsibility for parcels delayed or lost due to an incorrect delivery address supplied at checkout.
If an order is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply before it can be resent.
Click & Collect
Free Click & Collect is available from our Carnegie café.
We'll send you an email as soon as your order is ready for collection, usually within 24 hours.
